We do all the challenging work for you from checking the candidate’s CV, DBS, Paediatric first aid, References, Qualification and what experience they have before their details are handed over to the client.
We arrange a phone interview and face-to-face interview between clients and potential candidates.
Once you have found the nanny that fills the position, we will support and guide you in making sure you have all the right requirements you need to become an employer.

Candidates at Teddies Agency will all have over five years hands-on experience in nannying and other forms of experience in childcare. Our candidates bring exceptional skills, dedication, passion for nurturing young minds. They are well-versed in providing high-quality care tailored to children's developmental needs and family preferences.

Childcare Development: Extensive knowledge of developmental milestones, from infants to school age children. ensuring activities and routine are age appropriate.
Household Support: Skilled in meal preparation, light house keeping, and organizing children's schedules.
Education and Engagement: Proficient in planning, educational activities, homework assistant, and creative play to encourage learning and growth.
Flexibility and Reliability: Adaptable to family routine and available for occasional overtime, evening carer, or travel if required.
Certified Training: Many candidate hold certification in paediatric first aid, Safeguarding, and other relevant childcare qualifications.

Experience: 13 years nanny experience, Preschool assistant, and nursery room manager. Claire has worked with children from the age of six months to 11-year-olds.
Qualifications: NVQ level three in childcare and education, Paediatric first aid, Advance safe guiding, and Food Hygiene.
Claire’s Availability: Claire is looking to join a family in Sevenoaks or in surrounding areas for four days a week.
Name: Katie
Experience: Seven years’ experience as a nanny, Day nursery working as key person in the baby room. Preschool, and after school club.
Qualifications: Level three in childcare and education, Child protection training, Full paediatric first aid, preschool learning – The prevent duty in early years environment.
Katie's Availability: Katie is looking for a nanny role position in Tunbridge or Sevenoaks and surrounding area for a minimum of 30 hours a week from February 2025.
Name: Janey (Caroline Rushby)
Experience: Over 20-years’ experience as a nanny. Janey has worked with families with infants to primary school age children. She has travelled with families to different parts of the world with families for holidays or for families parents work commitments. Janey has SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) experience from working in a school as a teaching assistant.
Qualifications: Paediatric first aid, Bachelor of arts in education, English and 2 A levels and 7 O Levels.
Janey’s Availability: Janey is looking for temporary positions or a two-to-three-day permanent position ideally a Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays in Kent, Essex, or Southeast London.
Name: Tracy
Experience: Tracy has 29 years’ experience as a nanny this includes working with families with infants as young as 6 weeks and multiple births. Also has experience in mother’s help roles and day nurseries too.
Qualifications: Early years certificate and paediatric Fist aid.
Tracy’s Availability: Three long days doing twelve hours, or four days at ten to eleven hours a day in Maidstone, Tunbridge, Sevenoaks, or Canterbury.

Experience: Sandra has 29 years experience in childcare and has worked with families with multi births twins, nanny shares, infants as young as six weeks and also has worked in day nurseries.
Qualifications: NAMCW diploma City and guilds, Childcare 0-7yrs, Practical childcare and Communication skills
Availability: Wednesdays and Fridays in Bromley, Chislehurst, Forest Hill, Sydenham, Crystal Palace or West Dulwich and surrounding areas.
